Add Person for PATH Application
In order to add a person to the table, click on the Add Person link on the table header. As a result, the Path Inquiry page (SB0096) is presented.
This function allows you to perform a search on the SSN in order to retrieve a PATH client's record. Enter the PATH client's SSN by using all numbers and no hyphens and then click the Search button. If the search is successful, the Search Results table displays the record for the searched SSN. If no PATH SSN is found for the Household Member, the person may not be added to the system. A result of this is that the PATH authorization may not be able to be completed at this time.
If the name appearing in the list matches the one on the PATH Authorization being entered, select the row containing the name by clicking on the button at the beginning of the row in the Select column. Once the row has been selected, click on the Use Selected button at the bottom of the page.
The next page presents the Household Member information from the selected row. On the Household Member - Add Persons page (SB0077), you may change the information as necessary.
