Investigating Complaints
Once the complaint has assigned to either a Subsidy worker or a Licensor, the investigations for each allegation are tracked until the resolution of the complaint. The type of complaint will determine what investigation record is created in the Investigation Log.
Provider
The Site Visit function will be used to track the activities associated with complaint investigations.
Subsidy
The Investigation Activity function will be used to track the activities associated with complaint investigations.
