IV-E Eligibility

If a child has been determined to be IV-E Eligible, you may find this information in the Person Record. Perform a search using the Party Search function under the System Search menu option.

Once you locate a person's record, click on the IV-E Information link under the Account Options o the Person Record page (CM0049).

As a result, you will access the IV-E Information page (CM0117).

This page gives the following details for the eligibility:

SRS ID Number

Start Date

End Date

Load Date (Date on which the information was loaded into the system)

For children who are not IV-E Eligible, the table appears blank.
