Legacy Complaints Data
Within the Bright Futures database, selected data from the legacy system can be viewed. In order to do so, click on the link from the Account Summary page (PM0083) named View Legacy Complaints.
As a result, the Legacy Complaints page (CP0045) is presented.
This page repeats the Account Summary information at the top of the page. In addition, it contains the information for previously investigated complaints associated with the provider.
