License Action Letter
The License Action Letter is prompted if appropriate within the approval process and may be sent to the licensee and the owner/operator of the facility by the system when a license action changes the status of a license site. The letter notifies providers that the application has been approved as well as notifying them of negative actions as appropriate. In addition, a letter may be generated and sent to the parents who have children enrolled in the facility. The letters are stored in the Bright Futures database as a completed work item associated with the provider and case for retrieval and printing.
Below is a chart illustrating the letter prompts that are system-initiated.
