License Action Notice
The License Action Notice is automatically generated by the system when a license action changes the status of a provider. The notice is sent to the Licensor responsible for the provider and to the Licensing Supervisor.
Please note: If a child care provider's license is to be suspended, the Licensor hand delivers the License Action Notice. The system generates the letter to the Provider that explains the 'What' and the 'Why' of the problem.
