Licensing Enforcement

Licensing Enforcement is concerned with the routine monitoring of provider compliance with applicable regulations. It is also concerned with tracking on-going compliance through the re-application process, and taking appropriate actions based on this monitoring and tracking to ensure the on-going quality of the child care program in the State of Vermont. The following functions are associated with enforcement:
