Limit Notices (General)

There are notices in the system that are used to alert a Licensor or Subsidy Worker that the time limit has expired for a provider or subsidy case member to ask for a Fair Hearing. The following notices appear on the Licensor or Subsidy Worker's Worklist:

Variance Limit Notice

Fair Hearing Notice

This notice advises the worker that the 15-day and 30 day grace periods for filing Requests for a Variance and a Fair Hearing has passed and no request was filed.
