Locating the Registered Home Application

As a result of the submission of the Applicant Information, the Licensor is aware of the pending Registered Home Application due to the notice received via the Notice List (Case Assigned Notice). The Licensor may select the notice from the Notice List in order to access the application for completion by clicking on the link "Case Assigned Notice". This action accesses the Account Summary page (PM0083) for the potential Provider. Find the generated application as described in the next section.

If a Licensing Technician wants to complete the application, this can be done by performing a search for the potential provider by use of the Search Provider function. This is explained fully in the Provider Management Chapter of this manual. Once a provider has been located, access the Account Summary page (PM0083) for the provider in order to find the generated application as described in the next section.
