Making Changes to the Child Care Authorization

To begin this process, click on the active link for the Authorization ID in the Active Child Care Authorization table. 

As a result, the Authorization Detail page is displayed with the following information:

Child's Name

Age Category

Hours per Week

Start Date

End Date

Notes

If any changes need to be made to this authorization record, click on the Make Changes button.  This action results in the display of the Edit Authorization page.

Changes may be made to the following fields:

Hours per Week

Change this number as appropriate.

Start and End Dates

These dates may be changed within the confines outlined in the Business Rules in the Subsidy Application Chapter under the section titled Eligibility Determination.
