Access Current Accreditations for a Provider
The Accreditation functions are accessed through the Provider Account Summary page. Click on the Quality link on the sub-nav bar on the Account Summary page. As a result, the Current Accreditations page (QU0097) is accessed for the Provider. The table displays all current accreditations with the following information:
Accreditation Type
Start Date
Expiration Date
Certificate Date
Bonus Date
