Notice
A notice is a message sent to worker letting them know that something of interest has happened or that they need to take some action. For example, a worker may get a reminder that requested verifications have not been received, a supervisor may be notified that a new licensed provider has been established, a worker may be notified that a new case has been transferred to them, or a worker may be notified that their supervisor has approved a work item.
A notice may also be used to let a worker know of a work item completed by the system, such as a Variance Limit Notice generated following a licensing decision.
A Notice may be generated by the system in response to work rules and database conditions. In addition, a Notice may be generated by a user to communicate information to another user. Notices may be deleted by the user or may be removed by the system after a specified period of time.
