Observations
The final subsection on the Site Visit page allows the user to enter Observations and Recommendations. The worker who documents a Site Visit for Health Consultation or Technical Assistance will most often use this section. This table will maintain all Observations associated with a particular site visit. There are two ways in which to record this information:
Add
If you know the Regulation Number that you want to cite, this function will allow you to record the information without first performing a search for the regulation.
Regulation Search
If you do not know the Regulation Number that you want to cite, this function allows you to perform a search for the regulation and then proceed to enter the remainder of the information for the findings.
