Operating Profile
During the application process within the Program Information section, the operating profile of a provider is recorded. This information will appear on the license as entered. It can be viewed and edited, if appropriate, through the Operating Profile menu option. Click on the Operating Profile link at the bottom of the License Application Menu page (LI0209) to access the function. As a result, the Operating Profile page (LI0229) is displayed.
