Overview for Associated Parties

Associated Parties in the system are identified as any person or organization that is connected to a provider.  For Licensed Programs, these people would include:  Applicant, Program Director, Owner, and all staff members.  For Registered Home Providers, these include applicant/owner, staff members, as well as, household members and other persons who live in the registered home.  Each of the parties is maintained for a provider through the Associated Parties function accessed on the Provider Account Summary page (PM0083).  This function also houses the Record Check functions for the Associated Parties.  As part of the entry for an associated party, the Record Check Authorization is required for all persons entered, except for household members under the age of 16 living in a registered home.
