Overview for Complaints
The Complaints module supports the receipt of a Complaint and its assessment to allow for linking the complaint to a person or organization, rejecting the complaint due to lack of information to initiate an investigation, or linking the new complaint to an existing complaint. The complaint may also be deemed inappropriate for investigation by Licensing or Subsidy and can be referred to others for investigation.
The complaint may contain multiple allegations, each of which can be separated into an individual item for tracking, assignment, and investigation. If an allegation is accepted, it will be assigned to a Licensor or CDD Subsidy Staff as appropriate, and a Site Visit is scheduled.
