Administration Tools
In addition, the following Administration Tools are available:
Regulation Administration
This function maintains the child care program regulations. These regulations are used throughout the system as needed to associate work items and functions as appropriate. Some of these regulations include
Identifying Prohibited Persons during the Record Check process;
Identifying violations associated with site visits;
Recording of both Subsidy and License related complaints; and,
Citing providers for negative actions in License Action Letters.
For complete instructions for using this function, see Regulation Administration Chapter.
Restriction Administration
This function maintains the terms and conditions used in the Licensing process. Restrictions are Terms and/or Conditions that place constraints on a license and are printed on the license certificate. Licensed, Registered and LECC licenses may all have terms and conditions. A term remains part of a license for the life of the license. A condition is like a term, except that it includes a date by which the condition must be satisfied. Once satisfied, the condition is removed from the license.
Licensing Assignment Master
This function maintains the crosswalk between towns and different administrative districts used by the CDD. It identifies the Licensor, Licensing Technician and Subsidy Districts which is then utilized in the Assignment Master function to assign the particular workers to the appropriate districts for which they are responsible. The Licensing Assignment Master supports the capability to change a worker case assignment through Town-to-District and District-to-Worker Mappings. Complete information about this function may be found in the Tools and Resource Chapter.
Corrective Action Tracker

This function identifies the information necessary to track and resolve corrective actions across the system for various providers. The Corrective Action Tracker maintains the relationship between noncompliance issues and the actions taken to correct the problems.
