Part 5 of 8: Exits (LI0103)

This section contains the information about the levels of the applicant's home where children receive care and descriptions about the two (2) exits per level. Select the levels of the home where children receiving care will be allowed by marking the box next to the field with a check. For each area selected, describe the exits (at least two (2) in each area) that meet Section V.19 regulations. Additional requirements may apply if children receiving child care are allowed on the third floor or above. Complete the information for Exit 1 and Exit 2.
