Aggregated Family Co-Pay
This system function system-calculates the total family co-payment by adding together all the individual child/provider co-payment amounts for all existing active enrollments.
Co-pay amounts should be based on the "service period". Either every two weeks, or if the service period ends or does not begin within the two week time, the co-pay would be the amount for the one week. Co-pay is figured per service period regardless if a variable schedule child attends or not.
