Agreement Amendment
Amendments can be made to any agreement as deemed necessary. As a result of the amendment, the original agreement is overwritten with the new terms. The same Agreement number will be retained for Agreement Amendments; however, an alpha character will be added to the Agreement ID.
Access this function through the Agreement Detail page as shown below.
Select the Agreement Option named Copy and Create New Agreement at the bottom of the page. This action results in the display of the Copy and Create New Agreement page (AG0011).
Complete the information on this page by editing any parts of the agreement for the following fields:
Grant Reduction Amount*
Enter the amount for the reduction. This amount will be subtracted from the original amount.
Grant Reduction Reason*
Select the value for the reason by using the down arrow (
) next to the field.
Error
Fraud
Program Closure
Unused
Funding Information*
Complete the following information about the funding of the grant.
Vision Dept ID*
The Vision Dept. IDs are used in the Vision extract. Select the value for the agreement by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Vision Fund Code*
The Vision Fund Code indicates the source of the funds, i.e. State General Fund or Federal funds. Select the value for the agreement by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Vision Program Code*
The Vision Program Code identifies a more definitive source of the funds than indicated by the Vision Fund Code, i.e. IV-E, IV-B. Select the value for the agreement by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Vision Account Code*
The Vision Account Code indicates the nature of the purpose of the funds, i.e. quality, family support, community grants. Select the value for the agreement by using the down arrow () next to the field.
