Perform a Record Check for the Applicant

As a result of the Record Check Authorization information being entered for the applicant, a work item has been generated and worklisted to a Licensing Technician (assigned through the Town/District mapping) for review and processing. The recording of the findings for the Record Check is the first step to determine if the applicant is eligible to be a provider. If a criminal or abuse background is found that would disqualify the applicant from being a provider in accordance with Licensing regulations, the regulatory problem will be used to deny the application.
