Perform Search for Fund

Complete the search criteria in the following fields by using the drop-down to select the values for each. The more you choose, the less results will be presented.

Fiscal Year

The fiscal year identifies the appropriation fiscal year for funds.

Vision Dept. ID

The Vision Dept. IDs are used in the Vision extract.

Vision Fund Code

The Vision Fund Code indicates the source of the funds, i.e. State General Fund or Federal funds.

Vision Program Code

The Vision Program Code identifies a more definitive source of the funds than indicated by the Vision Fund Code, i.e. IV-E, IV-B. This code is not used in the CCIS, but is transmitted to Vision by interface.

Vision Account Code

The Vision Account Code indicates the nature of the purpose of the funds, i.e. quality, family support, community grants.
