Person Record Summary
This function displays information that has been maintained for a particular Person who is associated with a Provider, Subsidy Case or has some other affiliation in the system. Demographic details for a person are presented for viewing on the Record Summary page.
At the top of the page the following data are displayed.
Person Record
The complete name of the person appears in this field.
Party ID Number
The system-assigned person identification number is displayed.
