Pre-Registration Assessment (Application)
This section refers to the outcome of the regulatory review conducted by the Licensor with the Applicant as a result of successful Record Checks for all identified Associated Partied. For all potential providers, a site visit is scheduled to discuss the application process and forms. During the site visit, two activities take place. First, the licensor meets with the applicant to review the information required by the various section of the Registered Home Application and to answer any questions the applicant may have about the process or his/her program. Second, the licensor conducts a Pre-Registration Assessment with the applicant to ensure that they understand the regulations that apply to his/her proposed program. Upon returning from the site visit, the Licensor completes the Site Visit for the provider record, which becomes the Pre-Registration Assessment section of the Registered Home Application. For complete information on how to complete the Site Visit, refer to the Site Visit Chapter of this manual.
