Previous Referrals
As a result of performing the queries described in "" starting on page , a table is created which preserves the referral information for each of the searches performed. Each Referral represents a unique event (represented by a row in the Previous Referrals table) that maintains the child care requested information and the matches found for the information entered. The information is displayed on the lower half of the Provider Referrals page (RR0028).
For each entry in the table, the following functions are available:
Details
This function allows you to access the details for a particular row.
Follow-Ups
This option accesses the Follow-Up function in which you may record follow-up actions for the referral event.
Referral Document
This function accesses the Referral Document created as a result of the process described in Generate Referral Document.
