Process the Service Request from the Public Portal
As a Licensing Technician, locate the Public Portal Create Registered Home work item for review and processing.
Click on the active link under the Subject column. As a result, you will access the following page in order to begin the processing of this item.
Click on the Continue button. The next page presented allows you to validate the person in the system.
Click on the active Validate link at the end of the first row. The next page performs a search for the entered information.
If no matching party is found, click on the Create New Party button to create the new provider's name in the database. Repeat the process for the applicant's name as well. When all parties have been validated, you will be returned to the Service Request - Validate Parties page and all parties will have a notation of Yes in the Validated column.
