Provider Case Activities
Each case contains one or more work items which document execution of key functions (completion of case activities). A work item is conceptually similar to the individual pieces of paper in a manual case file, including things like an application, enrollment with a provider, issuance of a license, and all generated documents. This function contains a list of all activities associated with the Provider case.
The function is accessed from the Account Summary page (PM0083) through the Account Option item named Provider Case Activities. Once the list has been accessed, the following information is presented on the Activity History page (PM0056).
Date Time
The date/time stamp that has been system-generated to denote when the event was validated in the system.
Event
The name of the event is displayed in this field.
Description/Reason
A description or reason for the event is displayed as a summary of what action took place.
Performer User
The name of the worker who performed the event in the system is displayed in this field.
