Provider License Status

Some of the changes made to a License Status are triggered by functions performed with the Licensing Module.  For example, when an application is completed for a Licensed Center or Registered Home, the Provider Status is system-generated to Applicant.  Within this same process, the Status is updated as the Application is Submitted for Approval to "Applicant (Licensed-Pending Approval)".
