Allegation Search


This function allows for the search of allegations associated with complaints entered in the CCIS.  Use as many fields as known in order to limit the search results.  The following search fields are available.
Allegation No.
If you know the Allegation ID Number, enter it here.  This entry would give you the most direct connection to the entered allegation.
Allegation Priority
As regulations are entered in the Bright Futures database, an Allegation Priority is assigned as part on that input.  Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Low
Medium
High
Critical
Allegation Type
Select Provider or Subsidy by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Allegation Status
Select the correct value for the status from the list presented as you use the down arrow () next to the field.
Completed
In Progress
Rejected
Status Update Date (From and To Dates)
To view allegations that were created on a specific date or within a specific date range, use the Date(s) filter.  The date must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format.  To view all allegations created after a specific date, enter that date in the Start Date field.  All allegations created after the entered date will be displayed.  To view allegations that were created between a certain date range, enter a date in both date fields provided.  Only allegations created between the specified date range will be displayed in the Results table.  To view allegations that were created before a specific date, enter that date in the End Date field.
Regulation Area
Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.
Regulation Date (From and To Dates)
To view allegations that were created on a specific date or within a specific date range, use the Date(s) filter.  The date must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format.  To view all allegations created after a specific date, enter that date in the Start Date field.  All allegations created after the entered date will be displayed.  To view allegations that were created between a certain date range, enter a date in both date fields provided.  Only allegations created between the specified date range will be displayed in the Results table.  To view allegations that were created before a specific date, enter that date in the End Date field.
 
Once the information in as many appropriate search criteria fields as deemed beneficial, click on the Search button.
