Provider Rate Agreement Overview
This function maintains the rates for a provider to be used in Subsidy and Referral processes. The Provider Rate Agreement is required to be signed by a provider before subsidy payments will be made. The Rate Agreement outlines the rates charged by a provider for specific child age and care categories.
The duration of a provider rate agreement will be two years from the anniversary date of the signed agreement.
The dates of a provider's rate agreements may not overlap.
The Provider Rate agreement cannot be updated retroactively.
The listing of Provider Rate Agreements is sorted in descending order, putting newest Agreement on top.
The provider rate is compared to the subsidy rate maintained in the CCIS when computing payment.
The provider will not receive payment for any service period not covered by a signed Provider Rate Agreement recorded in the CCIS.
Upon locating the record for a provider, select Provider Rates from the Account Options at the bottom of the Account Summary page. As a result, the Provider Rates page (RA0010) is presented.
