Provider Referrals
Once you have entered client information for a person requesting referral information, you may initiate a provider referral for the client. In order to maintain links for multiple searches made for a particular family, all searches would be stored in one Referral Case which is selected by the Referral Worker. Locate the client's record by performing a search as described in Referral Client Search.
Once you have located the client's record and have accessed the Account Summary page (RR0027) for the client, you may perform a provider referral for a referral client. Select the option named Provider Referrals on the sub-nav bar at the top of the page. As a result, the Provider Referrals page (RR0028) is presented.

This function contains the function of performing a search for provider referrals. Complete instructions are given in the next section. Each search performed generates a unique Referral that maintains the child care requested information and the matches found for the information entered.
