Provider Staff Qualifications
This function captures information about the extent to which a particular provider or provider staff meets the qualifications of the positions they hold (Position Qualifications). This information is entered by Licensing staff and is based on a comparison, by the worker, of staff qualifications vs. the regulatory requirements for these qualifications. Only authorized CDD or contracted staff can enter verified Provider Staff Qualifications. The Licensing worker must compare the staff qualifications submitted with the regulatory requirements that define the respective qualifications.
The Position Qualification function is accessed within the Associated Parties area in Provider Management. Once you have found an associated party who holds a position with a provider, the Associated Party Summary page contains a section named Position Qualification.
