Provider Tier Level

The Tier Level assigned to a provider determines additional rates applied to reimbursement payments made to a provider.  When a provider's account is first established in the system, the rating is system-generated to a default of Not Rated and contains the system date which established this default.  The tier level may be modified as necessary throughout the time a provider is active in the system.

Functions are controlled by user roles permissions.  The Current Tier Level information may be viewed by appropriate users; whereas, the Tier Level History can be viewed by only a few users.
