Public Portal Request Inquiry

This function allows you to review the status of a request that has been submitted through the public portal. 

Select the item Public Portal Request Inquiry from the Work Management menu.  As a result, the Check Service Request Status page (CO0357) is displayed.

Enter the Request ID Number in the field and then click on the Submit button.  The next page accessed presents the details for the Request ID.

You may view further information by clicking on the active link next to the Request ID Number.
