Reassigning a Licensing Technician to a District

In order to change the Licensing Technician Assignment, use the Reassign to function to do so. Using the drop down arrow () next to each field, select the Licensing Technician from the list presented.

Once you have all Districts and Licensing Technicians mapped correctly, click on the Save Mapping Updates button. This action refreshes the page with the new assignment listed in the Assigned Licensing Technician column.
