ID Number
The system-generated ID number is displayed in this field.
Visit Date
The date on which the Site Visit was conducted is shown in this field.
Visit Type
The type of visit identified for the conducted Site Visit is displayed in this field.
Status
The status associated with the Site Visit will be displayed in this field.
Outcome
This field is populated by the outcome of the Site Visit.
