Record Check Limit Notices
There is a notice in the system that is used to alert a Licensor or Subsidy Worker that the time limit has expired for a provider or subsidy case member to ask for a Fair Hearing. The following notice appears on the Licensor or Subsidy Worker's Worklist:
Fair Hearing Limit Notice
This notice advises the worker that the 15-day grace period for filing a Request for Fair Hearing has passed and no request was filed.
