On the Grant Application - Record Review Decision page (GR0003), the details of the entered grant are displayed in the following fields:

These fields are displayed; however, they are not filled in manually. The system will complete upon submission of the review process:

Denial Reason
If the Review Decision has been marked as Denied, this field is required. Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.

Lack of Funding
Previous Non-Compliance with Grant Award Agreement
Goal of Grant
If the Review Decision has been marked as Awarded, this field is required. Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.
