Referral Client Search

In order to locate a referral client's record, perform a search using the Referral Client Search function.  This function may be found on the Quality and Credentialing main menu page.  Select Search Referral Clients in the Referral Services section.  As a result, the Search Referral Clients page (RR0023) is accessed.

Enter as much information as you want in the fields presented in order to limit your search results.  The more information entered, the less the results will be returned.

Client Name (Last/First)

Enter the name of the referral client in these fields. 

Referral Case ID Number

If you know the ID Number, enter it here.  This entry would give you the most direct connection to the case record.

Case Status

Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.

Open

Closed

 

Once the information has been entered in the above fields, click on the Search button to perform a search in the database for an existing client.
