Referral Counter

The Referral Counter is a system function that stores the instance of a Citizen Referral request made on the External Portal. The number of requests is tracked; however, this information does not include the type of search, who performed the search, etc.

This function may be found on the Quality and Credentialing main menu page. Select External Portal Referral Access Counter in the Referral Services section. As a result, the External Portal Referral Access Counter page (RR0003) is accessed.

This page contains the following information:

Access Count

This date represents the number of times a referral has been performed.

Counter Began

This date tells when the counter was initiated.

Last Search

This date represents when the last search was performed.
