Reject

If you choose to reject the complaint or refer the complaint to another agency, click on the Reject button at the bottom of the page.  As a result, the Process Complaint - Reject page is displayed. 

On this page, enter the following information:

Rejection Reason

Select the value for this field by using the down arrow () next to the field.

Inappropriate for CDD Follow-up

Insufficient Information for Follow-up

Referred to Another Agency

Referred to

If there was a referral made, enter the name of the agency to which the complaint was referred in this field.

Notes

Enter any appropriate notes that pertain to the rejection of the complaint.
