Rejecting the Request
If you decide that the request should not be processed, click on the Reject Request button. When this selection is made, the Reject Service Request page (SR0003) is presented.
Complete the information in the following fields.
Status Reason
Select one of the following reasons from the drop-down list:
Case Conflict
Duplicate Submission
Incoherent/Invalid Data
Status Notes
Enter any pertinent notes in this field.
Once the information has been entered in the above fields, click on the Submit button. This action results in the completion of this work item and its removal from the worklist.
