Relationships (Person)

This function allows relationships that have been established in the system to be viewed on the Person Record in Bright Futures.  At the system level, you can view relationships.  To change relationships, you must work within the case.  The Relationship information for a person is accessed through the sub-nav bar selection of Relationships. 

As a result, the Relationships page is accessed with the following information displayed for each row.

Person Name (Person in Case for Established Relationship)

The first and last name of the person for whom a relationship with the person has been documented.

Relationship

The type of relationship between the person and other parties associated with that person is identified.

Person Name (Person linked for Relationship)

The first and last name of the person for whom a relationship with the person has been documented.

Start Date

The date on which the relationship became effective is displayed in this field.

End Date

The date on which the relationship was no longer valid is displayed in this field.
