Application Checklist (Licensed Program)

This object provides a tool for tracking the status and acceptability of each section (page LI0242) of the Licensed Application, provides a linkage to the Operating Profile, and documents the outcome of the application. Licensing staff track the status and acceptability of each section of the Licensed Program application using this tool.

Each section of the application is completed separately. As each section has been completed, it can be assigned a Status. Upon completion of the entire Application, the Application itself is given a Status as a whole using the Application Submission function.

Section Note
Throughout the completion of each section of the Application, there is a comment area at the bottom of each page for recording any pertinent information about the particular section.
Completion of Each Section

Upon completion of each section of the Application, the navigational buttons at the bottom of the page perform the following functions:
      Save and Exit
Saves the information that was recorded on the page.
      Find Different Person
Some of the pages requiring names of persons or organization have the option of returning to the Search function for retrieval of a different person.
      Application Menu
Saves the information that was recorded on the page and returns to the Application menu page from which another section may be accessed for completion.
      Next
As you complete the information in a section, you may proceed to the next section by clicking the Next button.
      Back
If you want to review a previous section, you may access that section by clicking the Back button.
