Results of Application Submission

Upon the completion and submission of the Subsidy Application, several processes occur in the system. 

      A Subsidy Case is open and the Application is in "Draft" status;

      The Application Summary may be found on the Application Menu page (SB0031);

      The Subsidy case is assigned to the Subsidy Specialist through the Town/District mapping;

      A New Subsidy Application Work Item is generated for the Subsidy Specialist to inform him/her of the new application;

      This Work Item has a Due Date for 5 days from the entry date; and,

      A Subsidy Application is available for completion on the Application Menu page (SB0031).

      Once the Application is accessed and Eligibility Determination has been done, the work item is removed from the Worklist.

      If the Subsidy Application has been entered on the Public Portal, a work item named Subsidy Application Processing Required is generated for the Subsidy Specialist assigned through the Town/District mapping.  For an explanation on this process, see the following section.
