Review Complaint

The process allows a reviewer to either accept or reject the complaint for investigation.  If there is insufficient information to be able to follow-up, the complaint is not accepted.  By reviewing the complaint, you determine whether there is sufficient information to perform an investigation; if the complaint is one that should be investigated through the CDD; or if the complaint should be referred to another agency.  Once a determination has been made, click on one of the two options at the bottom of the page:
