Review Existing Record Check
If you locate a person in the list and a Record Check already exists for that person, the Record Check Status column will contain an entry and include the status for the record check. To review the Record Check, access the person's record by clicking on the person's name in the Name column. As a result, the Associated Party Summary page (PM0097) is accessed.
In addition to the Associated Party information, this page also contains a table which lists any record checks performed for the Associated Party member. Each Record Check entry contains the following:

Reason
Decision (if Completed)
Decision Date (if Completed)
In order view the details for a particular record check, click on the Details link at the end of the row containing the Record Check entry. As a result, the Record Check Detail page (LI0193) is presented. This function is divided into the following sections:
Record Check Authorization
This section displays the associated Record Check Authorization captured for the Record Check. This information is explained fully in Record Check Authorization Details.
Record Review
The Record Review table at the lower portion of the page lists each type of record that was reviewed and these particulars:
Review Type
Review Date
Prohibited Person?
If you would like to review each entry in detail, click on the Details link on the right of the row. This action accesses the particular Record Check Findings page for each type: Adult Abuse, Child Abuse and Criminal Violations.
Each section for the Record Check Findings needs to be completed prior to recording the Record Check Decision.
Decision
This entry is a cumulative record based on the findings for each of the particular record reviews performed. The Record Check Findings page documents the results of a record check of a particular type, Adult Abuse, Child Abuse and Criminal Violations, as found in the Record Review section of this page.
The Decision details consist of the following:
