Review Report Status
To review the status for the Community Agency Outreach Activity Report, click on the Community Outreach link on the Quality and Credentialing main page. As a result, the Community Outreach page (QU0089) is accessed.
Perform a search on this page for the Community Agency report you wish to review. Enter the information in
Community Agency
Choose one of the following Community Agencies from the drop down list:
Child Care Project
Child Care Resource
Lamoille Family Center
Mary Johnson Children's Center
North East Kingdom
Northwestern Counseling & Support Services
Springfield Area Parent Child Center
Sunrise Family Resource Center
The Family Center of Washington County
Umbrella
Vermont Achievement Center
Windham Child Care Association
Year
Enter the year for the report using the format YYYY.
Outreach Period
Choose the Outreach Period from the drop down list:
Quarter 1
Quarter 2
Quarter 3
Quarter 4
Once you have completed the above fields, click the Continue button. As a result, the Community Agency page (QU0087) for the selected Community Agency is displayed. Any previously entered activity is listed in the table with the following information:
Activity Title
Type
Date
Quantity
Cost
Status
The Status for the Outreach Report is captured in the top right corner of the page. As a report is being worked on, the Status appears as Pending. Once a Final Report has been submitted, the Status appears as Submitted and New Activities can no longer be added for that particular period.
