Review Special Services Status
To review the status for special services, select Review Special Services Status from the Special Services Options at the bottom of the Special Services Agreement page (LI0142). As a result, the Review Special Services Status page (LI0100) is presented.
This page contains the following sections:
Training
The information about training which was previously entered for the provider is displayed in this section. This cannot be edited on this page.
Training Received
Start Date of Training
End Date of Training
Location(s) of Training
Site Visits
If any site visits has been recorded for the provider, they will be displayed in this table with the following information:
ID Number
Visit Date
Visit Type
Program Type
Status
To review the details for a specific site visit, click on the underlined link in the ID No. field on the row that contains that particular site visit. As a result, the Site Visit Details page (LI0049) is displayed for the selected row.
Review
The Review section contains the status information for the Special Services Agreement.
Notes
Any notes and associated update date will be displayed in this section.
