Schedule and Perform a Regulatory Review Site Visit

For all potential providers, a site visit is scheduled to discuss the application process and forms.  During the site visit, two activities take place.  First, the licensor meets with the applicant to review the information required by the various section of the Licensed Program Application and to answer any questions the applicant may have about the process or his/her program.  Second, the licensor conducts a regulatory review with the applicant to ensure that they understand the regulations that apply to his/her proposed program.  Upon returning from the site visit, the Licensor completes the Site Visit for the provider record, which becomes the regulatory review section of the Licensed Program Application.  For complete information on how to complete the Site Visit, refer to the Site Visit Chapter of this manual.
